What do you bring to an event?
Fully styled, themed activity stations designed around your event, hands-on experiences for all ages, trained on-site staff who run everything independently, an optional custom coloring wall, and complete setup before doors open plus full teardown after.
How much does an event activation cost?
Events are custom-quoted based on event size, duration, number of stations, and activity type. Reach out and we build a quote around your event.
How is a PlayLab station different from a craft booth?
Most booths hand out a craft and hope for the best. We design a destination moment: families stop, sit, create, and stay, and we run ourselves so your team never manages us.
What ages are your parties for?
Every experience is designed to be age-appropriate for the guests you are hosting, from toddlers through tweens, teens, and adults. Tell us the ages and we tailor the activity and materials to fit.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates book quickly, especially in spring and around the holidays, so two to four weeks ahead is a good target and earlier for peak weekends. If your date is close, still ask and we will tell you honestly what we have open.
What kinds of events do you serve?
Farmers markets, community festivals, corporate events, school carnivals, holiday markets, and seasonal events with mixed-age crowds.
