What is The PlayLab Co.?
The PlayLab Co. is a mobile, fully styled, hands-on
party and event experience company based in Fishers, Indiana. We bring a curated activity experience to your home or venue, source every material, style each station, set up before guests arrive, and clean up after they leave.
What do you NOT do?
We do not do balloons or full party planning. We do one thing beautifully: the styled, hands-on experience at the heart of your gathering.

How many guests can you accommodate?
Our core experiences are designed for up to 8 guests, with additional guests at a per-person rate. The
Premium Experience adds staffing and multi-station setups for larger or younger groups, and our
Events option scales to festival and school-sized crowds.
What's the difference between Signature, Premium, and the Party Box?
Signature ($350) is fully styled with setup and teardown but no host during the event.
Premium ($599) adds a dedicated party expert and multi-station options. The
Party Box ($275) is a drop-off experience you run yourselves.
Do I need to buy or prepare anything?
No. We source and prepare everything, bring it styled and ready, and handle setup and cleanup. With the Party Box, we drop everything off prepped and ready for you to run yourselves.

What kinds of events are these good for?
Kids' birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, moms' nights, and intimate gatherings up to 8 guests, plus larger community events, corporate gatherings, school carnivals, and markets through our
Events option.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates book out quickly, especially in spring and around the holidays. Reach out as early as you can, and if your date is close, still ask, we will tell you honestly what we have open.
How do I book?
Start with a free, 20-minute
Vision Call. We will dream up your gathering, choose your experience and theme, and lock in your date, then handle everything.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks ahead is a good target, and earlier for peak spring and holiday weekends. If your date is close, still
ask and we will tell you what we have open.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit reserves your date and is applied to your total. We walk you through it on your free Vision Call, with no surprises.
What ages are your parties for?
Every experience is designed to be age-appropriate for your guests, from toddlers through tweens, teens, and adults. We tailor the activity and materials to fit.
How long does the party last?
Most styled experiences run about 1.5 to 2 hours of hands-on activity, plus our setup before and cleanup after, so the full activity time belongs to your guests.
How much space do I need?
Most experiences need just a table and seating for your guests. We design the setup to fit your space, indoors or out.
